Terms and Conditions for Attending the POWER25 Summit
1. Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the POWER25 Summit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Registration and Payment:

Registration is non-transferable.

All payments are non-refundable.

Registration fees are due in full at the time of registration.
3. Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

Cancellation of your registration

Inability to attend the Summit

Changes to the Summit schedule or content

Seating section reassignment
-

However, if the entire Summit is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund.
4. Summit Admission:

Admission to the Summit is based on the ticket purchase.

Tickets determine which section attendees are seated.

Attendees may not move to another seating section or transfer sections after ticket purchase.
5. Conduct:

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Summit.
6. Liability:

The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by attendees while attending the Summit.

Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Summit.
7. Changes:

The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the Summit for any reason.

If the Summit is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund.
8. Seating and Accessibility:

Guests will be required to sit in the seating section assigned based on their ticket purchase.

The Main Stage VIP section is accessible for individuals with disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs or have mobility limitations.

Due to the absence of an elevator, the Mezzanine section is not accessible for individuals with wheelchairs or mobility limitations.

Please note that neither accommodations, section reassignment, nor refunds will be available after ticket purchase.
9. Liability Release:

The Attendee agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liability arising out of, or related to, their attendance at the event, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, property damage, or theft.
10. Media Release:

The Attendee acknowledges that the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, contractors, or agents may take photographs, videos, or other media recordings during the event. The Attendee grants the Organizer the right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such media for promotional or other purposes, without compensation or further notification.
11. Alcohol Consumption:

The Attendee understands and accepts the risks associated with the consumption of alcohol and agrees to consume alcohol responsibly. The Organizer is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or liabilities resulting from the Attendee's consumption of alcohol during the event.
12. Food Allergies:

The Attendee acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inform the Organizer of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to attending the event. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or dietary-related issues that may occur during the event.
13. Flashing Lights and Other Triggers:

The Attendee acknowledges that the event may feature flashing lights or other sensory triggers. The Attendee assumes all risks associated with exposure to such triggers and releases the Organizer from any liability related to such exposure.
14. Damages:

The Attendee agrees to be financially responsible for any damages to the event venue or property caused by their actions, negligence, or misconduct.
15. Ticket Sharing and Media Distribution:

Ticket holders agree to not share access to their logins with other parties.

Attendees may not replay, duplicate, or rebroadcast videos, materials, podcasts, or other media without the express written permission from Black In HR, LLC.
By attending the event, the Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this event disclaimer and waiver, including the cannabis waiver. The Attendee understands that their attendance and participation in the event are voluntary and assume all risks associated with their attendance and participation.
